Fogalmak<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1 &#8211; Adatfeldolgoz\u00e1s: Az adatkezel\u00e9si m\u0171veletekhez kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 technikai feladatok elv\u00e9gz\u00e9se, f\u00fcggetlen\u00fcl a m\u0171veletek v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz alkalmazott m\u00f3dszert\u0151l \u00e9s eszk\u00f6zt\u0151l, valamint az alkalmaz\u00e1s hely\u00e9t\u0151l, felt\u00e9ve, hogy a technikai feladatot az adaton v\u00e9gzik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2 &#8211; Adatfeldolgoz\u00f3: Az a term\u00e9szetes vagy jogi szem\u00e9ly, illetve jogi szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9ggel nem rendelkez\u0151 szervezet, aki vagy amely szerz\u0151d\u00e9s alapj\u00e1n \u2013 bele\u00e9rtve a jogszab\u00e1ly rendelkez\u00e9se alapj\u00e1n k\u00f6t\u00f6tt szerz\u0151d\u00e9st is \u2013 adatok feldolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1t v\u00e9gzi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.3 &#8211; Adatkezel\u00e9s: Az alkalmazott elj\u00e1r\u00e1st\u00f3l f\u00fcggetlen\u00fcl az adaton v\u00e9gzett b\u00e1rmely m\u0171velet vagy a m\u0171veletek \u00f6sszess\u00e9ge, \u00edgy k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen gy\u0171jt\u00e9se, felv\u00e9tele, r\u00f6gz\u00edt\u00e9se, rendszerez\u00e9se, t\u00e1rol\u00e1sa, megv\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1sa, felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1sa, lek\u00e9rdez\u00e9se, tov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1sa, nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1gra hozatala, \u00f6sszehangol\u00e1sa vagy \u00f6sszekapcsol\u00e1sa, z\u00e1rol\u00e1sa, t\u00f6rl\u00e9se \u00e9s megsemmis\u00edt\u00e9se, valamint az adat tov\u00e1bbi felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1nak megakad\u00e1lyoz\u00e1sa, f\u00e9nyk\u00e9p-, hang- vagy k\u00e9pfelv\u00e9tel k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se, valamint a szem\u00e9ly azonos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra alkalmas fizikai jellemz\u0151k r\u00f6gz\u00edt\u00e9se.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4 &#8211; Adatkezel\u0151: Az a term\u00e9szetes vagy jogi szem\u00e9ly, illetve jogi szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9ggel nem rendelkez\u0151 szervezet, aki vagy amely \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3an vagy m\u00e1sokkal egy\u00fctt az adat kezel\u00e9s\u00e9nek c\u00e9lj\u00e1t meghat\u00e1rozza, az adatkezel\u00e9sre (bele\u00e9rtve a felhaszn\u00e1lt eszk\u00f6zt) vonatkoz\u00f3 d\u00f6nt\u00e9seket meghozza \u00e9s v\u00e9grehajtja, vagy az adatfeldolgoz\u00f3val v\u00e9grehajtatja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.5 &#8211; Adattov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1s: Az adat meghat\u00e1rozott harmadik szem\u00e9ly sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 hozz\u00e1f\u00e9rhet\u0151v\u00e9 t\u00e9tele.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.6 &#8211;
